Samsung’s Galaxy S and Galaxy Note devices have long been shining examples of what high-end Android handsets can achieve. These products are in high demand and have always carried a higher price tag than those offered by other brands. Samsung has released the Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy Note 10 Lite to better compete with brands like OnePlus and to decrease the entry point for the Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series. These new smartphones are priced about Rs. 40,000, which is considerably less than their non-lite counterparts.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite is a less expensive version of the Note 10 series. While it is less expensive, it retains the S-Pen stylus that comes standard with the Galaxy Note series. The Galaxy Note 10 Lite boasts a large 6.7-inch display and a fingerprint scanner embedded in the display. Samsung has included a large 4,500mAh battery, which weighs in at 199g.

The Exynos 9810 SoC, which also powers the Galaxy S9, is at the heart of the Galaxy Note 10 Lite. The Galaxy Note 10 Lite comes in two different configurations: 6GB RAM and 128GB storage and 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. On top of Android 10, the Galaxy Note 10 Lite runs One UI 2.0.

The Galaxy Note 10 Lite delivered excellent performance and was extremely energy efficient, with a battery that comfortably lasted over a day. The pen comes in handy for taking notes on the smartphone. It has a triple camera arrangement at the back that performs well in a variety of lighting settings. The video recording quality is good during the day, however it may be better in low light.
