For many years, Samsung has had two flagship product series running in tandem. The Samsung Galaxy S series of smartphones are powerful and compact, but the Galaxy Note series was designed particularly for business users who seek a multitasking device. In comparison to the Galaxy S models, the S Pen was and continues to be the distinguishing feature of the Galaxy Note line. Samsung just released the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+, the latest generation of Galaxy Note devices. These phones have a fast processor, Infinity-O display, and enhanced S Pen capability. Is Samsung’s most powerful smartphone the best? We put the Galaxy Note 1 through its paces.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Summary
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ has a revolutionary design with an Infinity-O display that includes a hole for a front-facing camera. The camera hole on the Galaxy Note 10+ is right in the middle, at the top of the display, and we got used to it in a matter of hours. The screen boasts a QHD+ resolution and a wide viewing angle. Dolby Audio is supported on the Galaxy Note 10+, and the dual speakers aid to improve the content watching experience.
We liked the look of the Galaxy Note 10+, but it was a little too huge for our tastes. Samsung has enhanced the S Pen stylus and added new functionality to it. The S Pen will now be able to interact with supported apps.
The Galaxy Note 10+ is powered by the Exynos 9825 SoC, which is combined with 12GB of RAM. Given the Note 10+’s hardware, we discovered that nothing could slow the device down. We could effortlessly multitask, and the processor could instantly run all of our apps.
The Galaxy Note 10+ was running the latest security patch and ran OneUI on top of Android 9 Pie. A number of Samsung, Google, and Microsoft apps come preinstalled. Samsung offers a quad-camera configuration that performs well in a variety of lighting settings.
The Galaxy Note 10+ has a 4300mAh battery that may last up to a day and a half on a single charge. The included 25W charger charges the phone quickly, taking just over an hour to fully charge it.
