There are basically two types of MTN Night Plans — 500MB for N50 & 250MB for N25!
This guide will show you how to quickly activate either of the MTN Night Plans for browsing at night. Let’s go there!
Step:1 – Make sure that you’re on MTN Pulse tariff plan, To migrate, Dial *123# » Choose or select Tariff Plan Migration by typing 2 » Choose Pulse » Type 1 to migrate to MTN Pulse.
Step: 2 – Recharge your phone with N25 or N50 airtime depending on your plan >> navigate to SMS… Type & send “NIGHT” to 131. Another method is to dial *406# >> Select Plan
Step: 3 – After receiving a success message. Open your web browser & start surfing.
Dear Customer, you have successfully subscribed to Free Night Browsing between 00:00 & 04:00. N25 has been deducted from your account. Enjoy!
This plan only works between the hours of 12 am – 4 am & has a data cap of 250MB for N25 & 500MB for N50, Also take note that this plan can be done multiple times & it works fine on all device.
You will be able to subscribe to 250MB Pulse Nightlife bundle bundles multiple times but NOT more than 500MB in a day, BUT you can ONLY subscribe to 250MB Pulse Nightlife bundle ONCE.
Example: You can activate the 250MB Pulse Nightlife bundle two (2) times (i.e. 25MB + 250MB = 500MB)
How To Check MTN Night Data Balance
Unfortunately, there are no usable code for checking your remaining data balance on the MTN Pulse night plan.
That notwithstanding, MTN will send you messages at intervals as you slowly use the night plan.
