How to Create Facebook.com Email Address
Facebook introduced its own email service a year ago, but this service was intended to be used for social communication on Facebook rather than as an email address like Gmail and Yahoo. You can set up and create an email account with @Facebook.com. This email address can be used to send and receive messages. However, this email address format does not include any of the standard fields seen in Gmail and Yahoo Mail, such as subject lines, CC (Carbon Copy), and BCC (Blind CC).
Users of Facebook receive email addresses that correspond to their public usernames, such as [email protected]. Your new Facebook email address will be [email protected], for instance, if your Facebook username is roshan.karkera (facebook.com/roshan.karkera). Your Facebook account requires that you have a username. If not, you can configure your Facebook Username URL by going to Account Settings. Because your Username cannot be changed once it has been set up, you must use caution when doing so. Find out how to create a vanity URL for Facebook.
