How can I turn off auto-renewal?
Automatic renewal is turned on with each subscription purchase.
If you purchased your subscription through the website or Android app, you can turn off the automatic renewal feature at any time prior to the renewal date by following these instructions:

Click/tap on Manage Subscription
Click/tap Stop Subscription, which will stop any future billing
Select the reason for ending your subscription, select Continue, then click/tap on Stop Subscription
Once you have followed all the above steps successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
You will continue to have access to the paid features of the site through the remainder of your subscription time.

How do I update my password?
You can update your password at any time through the site if you know your current password.
To do so:

Click/tap on Account Settings, then Account Info and select Edit next to the password field.
Enter your current password and your new password, then verify the new password.
Click/tap Update Password.
Your password is now updated.

How do I change my location?
To update the location listed on your profile:

Enter your Zip Code, or begin typing the city you live in
Select the correct location from the drop-down menu
If using the full site, be sure to click on Save.
If using the app, your entry will be saved automatically.
