Click “Submit.” You will receive an automated response from Walmart.com letting you know that your message has been received. Do not respond to this email. Shpock will send another email confirming your request has been completed.

It is important to note here that to remove or close your Shpock profile can only be done by sending an email to the support team.

Having done that, you will need to wait for a few days later, and you will get a notification via an email from the Shpock support team. Their customer service won’t make any problem with the fact that you want to remove your account.
